Meditation in the Galleries (Kreeger Museum)

Join our intimate sangha indoors in the Picasso gallery for some guided mindfulness, a wee bit of sound healing and art viewing! We will have two seated sessions (15-20 minutes each) and one walking meditation (15 minutes). Register through the Kreeger Museum!

About the event
Join our mindfulness art loving community at the Kreeger Museum for a special session. 45 minutes. 2 "sits" approximately 15 minutes each (guided meditation and sound healing) and one 10 minute walking meditation. Participants should be comfortable sitting on the floor on a simple blanket or request a chair at checkout. Please no lying down in the museum. Register through the Kreeger museum!
