Celebrate May Day at the beautiful River Farm right on the Potomac River for a half day retreat to help you unwind, recalibrate and claim the energy of the sun for your own vitality. Ceremony, Sound Healing & Meditation. Bring your lunch, a journal, yoga mat and water. We will play with flowers, chant to the goddesses, drink tea, and receive the blessings of this cross quarter holy day.
