21 Days of Summer: JOY
Join us for this "mini camp" for 3 weeks of mindfulness, playfulness and sacredness! You will gain access to our growing "Visioning" private facebook group and get to sample content in our popular 40 days program. All with a little more ease and chill to suit the summer vibe.

Ready to explore our community of open minded, caring, supportive, creative folks all on a personal journey toward wellness, wholeness and improved self care? This summer mini-session is ideal for anyone curious about our year long "YES" program or our ongoing "40 days" programming as well as for anyone just wanting a quick anchor to help them establish new habits, meet new people and explore various modalities of medtiation and mindfulness.
21 classes total and 2 ceremonies! Bonus content and spontaneous offerrings also pop up as inspired, requested or desired.
Our schedule includes 7:30am classes as follows:
Monday: Mindfulness & Sound Healing
Tuesday: Yoga essentials: Suryanamaskar
Wednesday: Mantra
Thursday: Sunrise QI
Friday: Meditating with Crystals & Sound Healing
AND the following evening classes at 7:30pm:
Tuesday: Joyful Bellydance
Wednesday: Sound Voyage
In addition, you will gain access to:
July 9th. New Moon Sound Ceremony. 7:30-9pm
July 25th. Full Moon Gong Bath. 8-9pm
All Classes EST. Everything ACCEPT bellydance is recorded on ZOOM and the link is posted for those who cannot attend in real time. The links are open for a few days after the event and then deleted. It is intended to help you watch on your own time if that is better for you!
