Fog lifting. A gradual steady clearing. Feel it floating off the head. Notice it steaming off the body. Imagine it dissipating all that is heavy. Send a line into the earth. A frequency of rooting. And minimize distractions. buzzing. electronics. all things artificial. Spend these days remembering your Nature. Spend these nights dreaming your Future. And Breathe.
