About the event
Bring your own yoga mat and join in the gentle, joyful fun on the reflecting pool terrace for an all ages, all levels yoga class intended to align your body-mind-soul. Sri Yoga is an authentic chakra based practice of seated asanas . You may want to bring a blanket or props or pillow for extra support. We will move mindfully through an accesible sequence with lots of options for personalizing it and conclude with a Crystal Bowl Savassana.
