About the event

In this entirely hands-on studio workshop, you will break down Miró’s printmaking process into three raw visual states: the heavy black line, the textured color burst, and the stark negative inverse. Using monoprinting techniques you will pull three distinct monoprints of your own with the potential to combine several images into multi-layered prints.  Our end results will echo Miró’s masterful rhythmic chaos.

No printmaking experience required—just a willingness to make a beautiful mess.
