Honoring Mothers in this special way at the nature oriented River Farm on the the Potomac river just south of Old Town Alexandria.  We will share a restorative practice of yoga, mindfulness and visualization with cleansing and healing sounds including the symphonic gong and crystal singing bowls.  Bring a mat, maybe a journal, and anything you need to be deliciously comfortable.  Come by yourself or with your friends/family.  You deserve to take some time off today!  (yes! in the middle of the day). Think of it as your Siesta!
