Join us in this beautiful historic light filled location for a fresh start to 2022.  Sound bath meditation requires nothing but for you to lie down and feel the vibrations of various sound tools around you.  Gongs, crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls and more will create a meditation experience like no other.  Absolutely no experience necessary.  No movement involved either!  Bring a yoga mat or blanket to lie on and anything you need to be comfortable lying down.  (recommended:  pillow, blanket, etc).  Time to make yourself comfortable and set your internal focus for the New Year!
