About the event
Join me on this guided journey through the past year. I have been guiding others through this particular process of RELEASE for about 10 years and it is a powerful end of the year tool. Each year, I tweak the process a bit as I align to the energy of the moment. This is a real time meditation event! I will record the meditation for anyone who misses our 10 am EST call. You will have acces to the link for the recording for 3 days after the event. Let this be part of your healthy new years eve routine!
