About the event

This class will meet the needs of those who show up and include accessible movement for circulation, heart health, balance and strength while teaching us to pay attention and listen to our bodies. The movement used will be drawn from a variety of modalities including yoga, qigong, dance and meditation.  Sometimes it may be quiet and stil other times it may involve more active movement.  All bodies are supported and welcome here.
