Today!

Let the light shine right through you.  Clearing a new pathway for you to unfold within.  Drop your worries, anxieties, doubts, fears, stress …. And your expectations, hopes, wishes, desires, too. Shed it ALL like an old skin.  None of it serves you here, now.

Close your eyes and spend a few precious breaths listening to sound of your own heartbeat.  Your own blood coursing through your veins.  Feel the life force that is within you.

And then, stand in your truth, in your vulnerable place and allow the light to fill you from the outside in… completely.  Knowing, there is nothing to remember.  Just breathe it in.
