Energy Musings. Here. Now.

Today!  What are your Questions?  The ones that keep circling around you almost haunting you.  What are the questions you find yourself asking in your deepest moments of darkness and the ones that present themselves during your most inspirational times? The questions that your soul seeks the answers to.  The questions that take flight in your dreams.

What does it mean to you to just BE with the questions themselves, without judgement or expectation?  To ask them out loud and then to sit in silence.  To write them down and leave them on the page.  To paint them into a painting, to dance them through your body, to sing them into being.

Express your questions…. and them let them go.  Really let them go.  Watch them fly and with a breath, release them forever.
