Live the Ceremony. Walk the Ceremony. Be the Ceremony. Breathe the Ceremony.
You ARE the ceremony. In each and every moment. With each and every breath. Inhaling infinite clear potential and exhaling blocks, constrictions, limiting beliefs. With each and every breath. Literally.
There is nothing “to do” differently. There is no need to make it special. To add bells,whistles, colors. In its simplest of forms, the ceremony holds tremendous power. Incredible life changing opportunity. The creation of all the surface details, of all the external rituals, serves to remind us of the constant state of ceremony we all live in always. Remember that. It is easy to get distracted by those external things, thinking they are what makes a “ceremony”. But if they become distractions than they have lost their purpose.
Come back to the breath. Really, that’s all it takes. No tools are needed accept your razor sharp awareness. No action is needed accept to Breathe.
Breathing in, I know that I am breathing in. Breathing out, I know that I am breathing out. Its that simple. Breathing in, I know that I am the living expression of the ceremony. Breathing out, I soften into acceptance of this.
We are the breath. We are the ceremony.
Now walk forward through your day, carrying this awareness with you in each and every step.
